Stampyard is a digital loyalty platform operated by Stampyard (the business name shown on your invoice), reachable at support@stampyard.app. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms.

One account per email address. Keep your login details private — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Give accurate details and keep them up to date, and if you sign up for a shop you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.

Stamps are added by scanning the QR code shown at the shop counter. Shops can set a waiting period between stamps, so a second scan the same day may not count. Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

When a card is complete you get a reward code with an expiry date, valid once, at the shop that issued it. Scratch cards are a chance to win — each shop sets its own prizes and odds, so not every card wins. The shop, not Stampyard, provides the free item or discount and decides its terms.

Shop plans are prepaid yearly subscriptions in Indian Rupees, listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Plan limits (locations, stamp cards, scratch prizes) switch on once the payment is confirmed and stay active until the renewal date shown in your Plan tab. Prices may change for future renewals, and we will tell you before that happens.

New shops get 7 days on Growth limits with no card required. When the trial ends the shop falls back to Starter limits — nothing is deleted, but anything above the limit becomes read-only until a plan is bought.

Do not misuse Stampyard: no fraud or fake stamping, no attempts to break, probe or scrape the service, no uploading unlawful content, and no infringing anyone else's rights. Shops are responsible for the menus, photos and offers they publish.

Stampyard, its software, design and branding remain ours. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the service on your active plan. Content you upload stays yours; you give us permission to host and display it so the service can work.

We work hard to keep Stampyard running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or goodwill.

We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or fraud and security risks. You can close your account any time by writing to support; reward codes already claimed stay in the shop's records.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of the seller's registered location have jurisdiction over any dispute.
