Who controls your data

Stampyard is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at support@stampyard.app.

What we collect

Account details — your name, email address, sign-in method, profile photo, and your phone number only if you choose to share it.

Loyalty activity — the shops you collect stamps at, stamp and scan history, reward codes, and scratch card plays.

Shop details — for shop owners: business name, category, address, map location, contact details, opening hours, menus, photos, and the verification documents you upload.

Payment details — plan bought, amount, currency, payment date and receipt reference. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.

Technical details — device and browser information, approximate location if you tap "use my location", and error logs needed to keep the app working.

Why we use it

To create and run your account, add stamps and issue rewards, show shops to nearby customers, verify businesses, take payment for plans and send receipts, send you alerts about ready rewards and cooldowns, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the product. We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe service, your consent (for notifications and location), and legal obligations such as tax records.

Who we share it with

Shops you collect stamps at see your name, your stamp and reward history with them, and your phone number only when you've shared it — never your other shops or cards. We also use service providers who process data for us: our cloud hosting and database provider, Razorpay for payments, push notification delivery, and email delivery. Professional advisers and authorities receive data only where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account and loyalty data stays while your account is open. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Verification documents are kept while the shop is listed. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your profile, turn phone sharing on or off, turn push notifications off in your device or app settings, and ask us to correct, export or delete your data by writing to support@stampyard.app. You can also withdraw consent at any time and complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access rules limit each account to its own records, uploaded documents and photos sit in private storage reachable only through temporary links, and payment details never touch our servers.

Cookies and similar tools

We use only what the app needs: storage that keeps you signed in and remembers your preferences, plus basic error reporting. We do not run advertising trackers.

Children

Stampyard is not intended for children under 13, and we do not target them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.

Send us your registered legal name, business address and grievance officer contact and we'll add them to this page.
